Basquiat once stated, “I was just tired of seeing white walls, with white people, with white wine, you know?” So I took the quote and put it on a white canvas using white paint to show the magnitude of what he was stating. His tiredness of seeing or being in environments that didnt look or exist as himself. This is a very different type of painting thats hard ro see unless you look at it from differnt angles as a metaphor for life.
