This piece was created again to harken back to the early 80s days of hip Hop and the 5 elements, Break Dancing, Rapping, DJing, Grafitti and Knowledge.  You see the Gazelles Glasses and the waves hairstyle, the break dancers at the bottom left and the trains lines being spread thru the painting.
