I created art that was inspired by Nas' s illmatic album + Andy Warhol's Brillo Box art. These 2 artists seemed like 2 different expressions but to me I saw a relationship between the 2, (even if just in word play) that's my gift as an artist to bring ideas or concepts together and make them work.
The painting was made on a found piece of a wood crate top and I used acrylics paint to create this masterpiece.
